d. Use of cookies

WCSO uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that your browser receives from a website on a web server and saves temporarily (session cookies”) or permanently (”permanent cookies”) on your computer.  When you visit the website and may-be make changes on the site, such changes will also be saved. In this way cookies make it possible to adapt websites to your individual needs. Cookies are not used for running programmes or transferring virus to your computer. The main purpose of cookies is to give you the best possible customized, flexible and pleasant experience with the websites.
Most web browsers are as a standard set to accept cookies. However, you can change the settings to have the web browser refuse cookies or always to ask for confirmation of permitting cookies. If you refuse the use of cookies, this could mean that certain functions do not work correctly.
WCSO uses  session cookies, partner and affiliate cookies and permanent cookies:
•    Session cookies: WCSO uses primarily session cookies that are not saved on your computer, but deleted when you close down the browser. Session cookies are used to confirm a member by login and to set off a possible load of the system.
•    Partner and affiliate cookies: Furthermore, WCSO uses cookies from external advertisers that transmit visitors to our website. Such cookies are used for financial settlement between WCSO and the advertisers and do not contain any information about you.
•    Permanent cookies: WCSO uses permanent cookies to save personal settings. This makes a more personal and better experience of the website possible, as you find your own settings at your next visit.

e. Use of analysis programmes WCSO analyses the behaviour of the members in relation to the use of our services.

We work out anonymised user profiles in order to improve our services. I.a. we use Google Analytics, which is a web analysis function from Google Inc. (”Google”), combined with ”_ananymuzelp()”, that shortens and thereby anonymises IP-addresses, which makes a direct coupling to individuals possible.

Google asks its users to include the following information of the regulations about data protection, which we hereby do:

Google Analytics use "cookies", which are text files that are saved on your computer and make it possible to analyse your use of the website. The data about your use of this website, created by a cookie, are sent to a Google server in the US for storing. Google uses such information for an analysis of your use of the website, for the creation of reports on the website activities for the owners of the website and for transmittance of further services connected to the use of the website and of the internet. If necessary, Google can also send this information to third party if mandatory by law, or if third party has been authorized by Google to treat such data.

Google will under no circumstances connect your IP address with other data from Google. You can avoid the installation of cookies by performing the pertinent settings in your browser software.

Please note that if you deactivate cookies it may happen that you cannot use all functions on these websites to their full extent. When you use these websites, you accept that Google can treat the collected data in the way described above and to the above  mentioned purposes.

You may deselect a future collection of data via Google Analytics by installing an optout add-on in your browser.

In order to analyse this information we sometimes use analysis programmes from other providers.
In such analyses the collected information is treated anonymously or under protection of a pseudonym within the frames of legislation and is used for the creation of suitable offers or for adverts and marketing. We never use such information personally with name or picture.

f. Facebook social plug-ins On our website we use social plug-ins ("plug-ins”) from the social network Facebook run by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94 304, USA. These plug-ins are marked with a facebook logo. Through integration of the above plug-in your browser is connected to the Facebook servers. The content of this plug-in is sent direct from Facebook to your browser and integrated at the website. If at the same time you have logged in at Facebook, Facebook will allocate that visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with this plug-in, e.g. by clicking "Like", this particular information is sent direct to Facebook from your browser and is saved there. To have information about the purpose of and the extent of the collection of data and the subsequent treatment and use of data on Facebook and your corresponding rights and setting options for the control of data safety, we refer to Facebook''s information about data safety.
If you are a member of Facebook and if you do not want Facebook to collect data via our website and connect them to your membership data on Facebook, log off Facebook before you use our website. You may also block Facebook''s social plug-in with add-ons to your browser, e.g. with ”Facebook Blocker”.

g. Control of personal data

For the protection of our members against persons that misuse the services of WCSO, we use automated survey tools to analyse and check the information given by our customers. Furthermore, our customer service makes random checks of activities and behaviour on the platform. Profiles showing a suspicious behaviour that e.g. might look like computer activity, could be blocked.
Further, WCSO reserves the right to make automatic filtering of messages. These are compared to list of words that conflict current legislation or the general terms and conditions of WCSO. Such as pornographic or evidently insulting words. By means of so-called anti scamming scans we try to protect our members against fraud.
In case such controls reveal suspicious use of the services of WCSO, the legal consequences will follow ordinary business conditions. If WCSO chooses to block incoming and outgoing messages, this will be based on a control that indicates that the content of the message is likely to conflict current legislation or standard terms and conditions.
The user will not be informed in connection with a blocking of messages.

4. Consent and the right to objection
WCSO will always ask for your consent in case we use your data for purposes that, according to current legislation, require your consent.

You may at any moment withdraw your consent and/or refuse any future use of your data.
